Welcome to Seaside Villa Lyrida!
Villa Lyrida is a new, seaside, detached house with a private swimming pool and within easy walking distance (just 200m.) to the organized Blue Flag sandy beach and many amenities of Almyrida Resort (Chania, Crete) that will make your holidays in Crete unique and memorable.
It’s two-storey villa (110 sq.m.) with 4 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room and 2 bathrooms/wc.
The villa can accommodate 6 or 7 guests and a baby up 3 years old. Four stylish decorated, airconditioned bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double beds (160х200 and 150x200), one bedroom with twin beds (90х200) and another one with a single bed (90x200). All beds have got orthopaedic mattress. The bedroom on the ground floor has got an access to a balcony with a cofe table set and with the pool view. Two bedrooms on the first floor has got their own exit to a wooden pergola covered balcony.
The bathroom on the ground floor and on the first floor have a walk-in shower and wc.
The living room has a big sofa and a comfortable armchair, big flat LCD TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi coverage. The fully equipped kitchen with a table are placed in an open plan area. The villa is bright thanks to many windows in all over the house.
The kitchen is very well equipped: electric hobs and oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, citrus juice maker.
The outside dining area with a charcoal BBQ station is created for deli breakfasts, lunches and diners.
One of many details that makes this villa exceptional is a private swimming pool on the stone paved outside terrace with sun beds and sun umbrellas for relax with pleasure. As a plus a very comfortable hammock for your relaxation in the open area that means that you have your own opportunity to get your cocktails and beverages in shadow and tranquil place.
Families, couples or just friends will all feel comfortable and enjoy our Seaside Villa Lyrida. The nearest organized sandy beach with a water sport centre is within 200 meters, just 5 minutes easy walking from the villa. The seawater is crystal clear, shallow and warm and it is a marvellous combination for an opportunity for many hours of play, relax and leisure.
The access to some public places from the villa won’t be a problem either, Lyrida is located in 100 meters to a minimarket, groceries shops, bakery, pharmacy, ATMs, cafes and many tavernas of Almyrida with homemade dishes based local fresh products. There’s also Chania town in 25km from the villa, which is able to offer a larger variety of supermarkets, tavernas, cafes, pharmacy, ATMs, shops and historical sites. The bus stop of public comfortable bus to Chania in 200m. as well and in 30 minutes you are in Chania.
You don't need a car to stay in the villa and use local amenities but if you want to visit famous Cretan sites rental a car is recommended. We'll be glad to help you to rent a car.
Chania International Airport (code of airport - CHQ) is 35km. from the villa/Heraklion International Airport (code of airport - HER) is in 125km.

- Welcome orientation with the villa manager, who is at your ‘on call’ disposal throughout your stay

Booking conditions and payment terms
- Minimum stay is 7 nights
- 30% deposit is required upon confirmation
- Payment of the deposit should be made via bank transfer
- The balance (70% of the rental amount) is paid upon arrival in cash or 45 days before arrival via bank transfer
- In case the balance (70% of the rental amount) isn't paid in time your reservation will be canceled with no any refund
Cancellation policy
- If cancellation happens 60 days before check-in date or earlier: refund of the deposit in full
- If cancellation happens within 60 days of check-in date: the deposit isn't refundable
- In case of no-show the deposit isn't refundable
- In case late arrival or early departure you would not get any refund
- Bank charges will be deducted from cancellation refund
Villa policy
- Check-in: 15:00 – 21:00
- Check-out: 09:00 – 11:00
- Check-in and Check-out on Saturdays or Sundays in July and August is preferable
- Early check in or late checks out is possible upon request/availability
- Security breakage deposit €350 has to be given in cash at the time of check-in, to be refunded at departure if no damage or loss happened during the stay
- The villa can accommodate maximum 7 guests + a kid up to 3 y.o.
- No pets or animals are permitted
- Smoking is forbidden within the villa property
- Beach towels are not provided
- The guest's flight details are required

The villa is obviously new and everything is in top condition, from the electronics (aircondition, TV, kitchen appliances) to the pool and the sunchairs and other garden furniture. The interior is very tastefully decorated. Especially the colourful tiles are beautiful. The beds are great, new and very comfortable and incredibly clean. We slept very well (also due to the good AC). The location is great: within very short walking distance (less than 4 minutes) to beautiful beach. You can choose from about 10 different tavernas to eat there - and they're all good and fairly priced. All in all, this is a beautiful villa that feels brand new and can easily accomodate 7 people, especially as the outdoor area is generous. Compliments for our host too: He showed up at 23.30 for a late check-in and was offered help any time. We didn't need his assistance during the stay, though - everything just worked perfectly around the villa.

Maison très bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour séjourner plusieurs jours en famille. La communication avec Dimitri a été excellente, il a répondu rapidement à nos questions et nous a recommandé différentes adresses que nous avons appréciées. Nous avons pu également faire un late check out sans frais. Allez-y sans hésitation !
