Welcome to Seaside Villa Konaki!
Villa Konaki is a new, seaside, detached house with a private swimming pool and within easy walking distance (just 200 m.) to the organized Blue Flag sandy beach and many amenities of Almyrida Resort (Chania, Crete) that will make your holidays in Crete unique and memorable.
It’s two-storey villa (110 square meters) with 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room and 2 bathrooms/wc.
The villa can accommodate 6 guests and a baby up 3 years old. Three stylish decorated, airconditioned bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double beds (170х200 and 150x200) and one bedroom with twin beds (100х200). All beds have got orthopaedic mattress. The bedroom on the ground floor has got an access to a shaded balcony with a comfortable outdoor furniture. Two bedrooms on the first floor has got their own exit to a wooden pergola covered balcony. The big terrace on the first floor has a wooden set of 4 chairs and a table.
The bathroom on the ground floor and on the first floor have a walk-in shower and wc.
The living room has a big sofa and a comfortable armchair, big flat LCD TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi coverage. The fully equipped kitchen with a table are placed in an open plan area. The villa is bright thanks to many windows in all over the house.
The kitchen is very well equipped: electric hobs and oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, citrus juice maker.
The outside dining area with a charcoal BBQ station is created for deli breakfasts, lunches and diners.
One of many details that makes this villa exceptional is a spacious private swimming pool on the stone paved outside terrace with sun beds and sun umbrellas for relax with pleasure. As a plus a very comfortable hammock for your relaxation in the open area that means that you have your own opportunity to get your cocktails and beverages in shadow and tranquil place.
Families, couples or just friends will all feel comfortable and enjoy our Seaside Villa Konaki. The nearest organized sandy beach with a water sport centre is within 200 meters, just 5 minutes easy walking from the villa. The seawater is crystal clear, shallow and warm and it is a marvellous combination for an opportunity for many hours of play, relax and leisure.
The access to some public places from the villa won’t be a problem either, Konaki is located in 100 meters to a minimarket, groceries shops, bakery, pharmacy, ATMs, cafes and many tavernas of Almyrida with homemade dishes based on traditional recipes and local fresh products. There’s also Chania town in 25 km from the villa, which is able to offer a larger variety of supermarkets, tavernas, cafes, pharmacy, ATMs, shops and historical sites. The bus stop of public comfortable bus to Chania in 200 meters as well and in 30 minutes you are in Chania.
You don't need a car to stay in the villa and use local amenities but if you want to visit famous Cretan sites rental a car is recommended. We'll be glad to help you to rent a car.
Chania International Airport (code of airport - CHQ) is 35 km from the villa/Heraklion International Airport (code of airport - HER) is in 125 km.

Booking conditions and payment terms
- Minimum stay is 7 nights
- 30% deposit is required upon confirmation
- Payment of the deposit should be made via bank transfer
- The balance (70% of the rental amount) is paid upon arrival in cash or 45 days before arrival via bank transfer
- In case the balance (70% of the rental amount) isn't paid in time your reservation will be canceled with no any refund
Cancellation policy
- If cancellation happens 60 days before check-in date or earlier: full refund of the deposit
- If cancellation happens within 60 days of check-in date the deposit isn't refundable
- In case of no-show the deposit isn't refundable
- In case late arrival or early departure you would not get any refund
- Bank charges will be deducted from cancellation refund

- Check-in: 15:00 – 21:00
- Check-out: 09:00 – 11:00
- Check-in and Check-out on Saturdays or Sundays in July and August is preferable
- Early check in or late checks out is possible upon request/availability
- Security breakage deposit €350 has to be given in cash at the time of check-in, to be refunded at departure if no damage or loss happened during the stay
- The villa can accommodate maximum 6 guests + a kid up to 3 y.o.
- No pets or animals are permitted
- Smoking is forbidden within the villa property
- Beach towels are not provided
- The guest's flight details are required

Very clean, well-maintained villa just 200 metres from beach. Plenty of room for our family of four. Owner takes pride in the quality of their properties and it shows. Plenty of sun and shade available on the property throughout the day. Well-appointed kitchen. Pool 4 metres diameter, so fun for a splash and the sea very close for swimming. Owner very responsive and professional. Beach clean and sandy. Shallow incline for a good distance so perfect for younger kids etc. Everything is on your doorstep. Car hire places 5 mins from villa for day trips but no need to hire a car if you just want to relax in Almyrida. Just let the hire place know the day before for maximum choice. Taxis nearby as well. Almyrida itself is a relaxed and fun beach resort well-suited to families with many food and drink options.
Alex (UK), July 2023This villa was perfect for our 3 generational family holiday. The villa has a fresh modern feel. The manager of the villa manages and maintains the villa to a very high standard. The cleanliness of the villa, garden and pool is excellent. When we arrived the host was friendly and welcoming and gave us lots of tips about the area. There is air conditioning in each of the three bedrooms which is super effective. The kitchen is well equipped as is the outside BBQ. Bathroom and pool towels were supplied. During our 8 day stay the villa and pool and garden was cleaned twice, with fresh towels and bed linen supplied each time. The beach, tavernas and shops are a short stroll away - 5 to 10 mins. We regularly bought fresh bread and baklava from the bakery and meat from the butcher. Their sausages are great for the BBQ. Unfortunately there is not a fishmonger nearby, but you can get lots of fresh fish at the taverna's. Strongest cocktails were in Captain Jacks! Almyrida is a lovely beach holiday and Seaside Villa Konaki the perfect place to enjoy Almyrida from.

It is within easy walking distance to the beach where there are also lots of lovely tavernas. There are a couple of mini markets, a butchers, bakers and a selection of other shops. You do not need a car although I would recommend one to explore some of the lovely areas of Crete.

Very well equipped, clean (and cleaned regularly throughout our stay, inc. clean towels and bedding), beautiful pool and patio area. Stayed in many properties over the years and the attention to detail in this property makes all the difference. Fabulous!! The Host was very helpful and attended to any small problem quickly (nothing major) he also gave us restaurants to try and links to bus timetables etc. I would certainly recommend staying here, very close to the beach, bars and restaurants too, a real find.

The villa was very clean and the pictures are very accurate. It is very family friendly, as it is a quiet neighbourhood and steam. The private pool is a great advantage. All kitchen and bathroom facilities were well equipped. Communication to both the owner and manager of the villa was very easy. Definitely recommend and we'll be coming back!
