POLICY

We wish to hereby inform you that we comply with the protection framework for natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, as established by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. Personal data is defined as information that can be used to identify you, such as your name, e-mail address, etc. We do not collect your personal data unless you have explicitly provided it for a specific purpose and under the condition that you have consented to their use. We store your personal data in order to update the customer registration book, keeping which is mandatory by law. We reserve the right to disclose information pertaining to you if the law so requires or if such disclosure is demanded by the competent government authorities, administrative authorities, or law enforcement. We guarantee that it will not transmit, share, disclose etc. your personal data to third parties for any purpose or use.

We don't use cookies to collect browser data when you visit our website. We don't gather any information about you when you visit our website and we don't identify users of our site.

Occupancy. The number of people staying in the villa must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in your booking. Overnight visitors are not allowed.

Pets/Animals. The villas are reserved for normal holiday use only. Pets are not allowed. Please note that all guests arriving at the villa with an animal or pets will be required to leave the villa immediately in which case no refund will be provided.

Smoking. Smoking, lighting of scented candles and sticks is strictly prohibited inside the villa and/or on its territory. Guests violating this rule will be required to leave the villa without any refund.

BBQ station. The barbecue station runs on charcoal. When using a barbecue station, follow fire safety rules and control the strength of the fire. The use of the BBQ station inside the villa is strictly prohibited. Do not use the barbecue station during windy weather.

Charging of electric vehicles. Charging of electric vehicles or other electric/partial electric vehicles or devices that consume a lot of electrical energy is prohibited in the villas.

Septic system of the villa. Do not throw away or flush paper, feminine hygiene products, wipes, diapers, cotton swabs, paper or plastic bags, or any trash down the toilet. Restoration of the septic system from blockage must be paid for by guests in full.

Breakages. Guests are responsible for malicious damage, careless handling and unauthorized use of villas' equipment. Repair of broken equipment, excessive consumption of electricity and water must be compensated by guests in full.

The internet connection we use provides unlimited data via a wireless Wi-Fi router with speeds up to 50MB. The wireless signal strength is enough to cover the entire first floor of the villa. The cost of lost or damaged communications equipment must be fully reimbursed.

At the Villa, you are obliged to comply with international and local laws regarding the protection of personal data, as well as any receipt, processing and transfer of data. We do not accept any responsibility for the legality of data transmitted through the villa's Internet connection. Any use of the villa's communications equipment for illegal purposes is prohibited.

Each villa has got a private swimming pool which can only be used by guests of the villa. Guests are responsible for the safe use of the pool. Adult guests are responsible for the safe use of the pool by minors. The villa owners and their representatives accept no liability for any damages including personal injury or death resulting from the use of the pool. Diving into the pool is forbidden.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to terminate a guest's stay at a villa(s) if the behavior of the guests violates thiese Policy and Rental Conditions or in the opinion of the villa owners or their representatives, may occur. causing damage to the property and equipment of the villa (including the structure and equipment of the pool), plants and trees growing on the territory of the villa, exterior elements and structures enclosing the territory of the villa. Immediate termination of guests' stay at the villa(s) may result in behavior or actions by guests that violate the privacy and peace of the owners or guests of neighboring villas, loud behavior, loud listening of audio and/or video content, violation of the "quiet period" from 15.00 to 18.00 and after 23.00, dangerous handling of fire, smoking in the villa, presence in the villa of a number of guests not agreed with the owners of the villas or their representatives.

Villa owners or their representatives are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while staying in the villa(s), or for the loss of guests' personal belongings and valuables. Villa guests expressly assume the risk of any harm resulting from their stay at the villa(s).

We reserve the right to charge guests appropriately for any damage, as well as additional costs for cleaning and repairing villa equipment and contents.

Villa Owners or their representatives will not be liable or pay any compensation or refund if any of our obligations to guests are affected by “force majeure”. For the purposes of these Policy and Rental conditions, a force majeure event is any event beyond the control of us or our suppliers and which cannot be avoided even if all reasonable precautions have been taken.

Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil unrest, actual or threatened terrorist activity, labor dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire, significant risks to human health such as pandemics, epidemics or outbreaks of serious diseases and their ongoing consequences, as well as all such events beyond our control which make it impossible for a safe and comfortable stay at the villa(s), the actions of any government or other national or local authorities, including port, maritime authorities, labor disputes, labor strikes, lockouts, chemical or biological disaster, unavoidable technical transportation problems, interruptions in the supply of utilities (electricity, water, internet connection, etc.) and all similar events beyond our control or the control of the relevant supplier(s).
