Villa Konaki

We have just arrived home from this beautiful Villa, couldn't ask for it to have been any nicer. Very well equipped, clean (and cleaned regularly throughout our stay, inc. clean towels and bedding), beautiful pool and patio area. Stayed in many properties over the years and the attention to detail in this property makes all the difference. Fabulous!! The Manager was very helpful and attended to any small problem quickly (nothing major) he also gave us Restaurants to try and links to Bus Timetables etc. I would certainly recommend staying here, very close to the beach, bars and Restaurants too, a real find.

The Villa was clean & comfortable, the pool and outside area was really nice, and the location is great. It is within easy walking distance to the beach where there are also lots of lovely tavernas. There are a couple of mini markets, a butchers, bakers and a selection of other shops. You do not need a car although I would recommend one to explore some of the lovely areas of Crete.

This villa is in an excellent location, close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants in Almyrida, and far away enough from the hustle and bustle to be relaxing. The villa was very clean and the pictures are very accurate. It is very family friendly, as it is a quiet neighbourhood and steam. The private pool is a great advantage. All kitchen and bathroom facilities were well equipped. Communication to both the owner and manager of the villa was very easy. Definitely recommend and we'll be coming back!

The villas was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect within easy 5 mins walk to beach and all amenities yet in a quiet and peaceful spot. Almyrida is a lovely small resort with plenty of choice of restaurants, tavernas and bare. The sandy beach is lovely with stunning views and sunset!

Quiet property, with a great location close to all local amenities. Everything you could need is there with a nice welcome pack. Owner is very helpful and keen to help you enjoy your stay. Very clean and bed linen changed mid-week. A really lovely find.

This villa was perfect for our 3 generational family holiday. The villa has a fresh modern feel. The manager of the villa manages and maintains the villa to a very high standard. The cleanliness of the villa, garden and pool is excellent. When we arrived the host was friendly and welcoming and gave us lots of tips about the area. There is air conditioning in each of the three bedrooms which is super effective. The kitchen is well equipped as is the outside BBQ. Bathroom and pool towels were supplied. During our 8 day stay the villa and pool and garden was cleaned twice, with fresh towels and bed linen supplied each time. The beach, tavernas and shops are a short stroll away - 5 to 10 mins. We regularly bought fresh bread and baklava from the bakery and meat from the butcher. Their sausages are great for the BBQ. Unfortunately there is not a fishmonger nearby, but you can get lots of fresh fish at the taverna's. Strongest cocktails were in Captain Jacks! Almyrida is a lovely beach holiday and Seaside Villa Konaki the perfect place to enjoy Almyrida from.

The house is wonderful! Beautiful house and pool area perfect! Perfect for families.., both adults and children loved it! Beach is easy to reach (about a 2 minute walk) with lots of places to eat and drink! All in all a wonderful stay and highly recommended!!

We had a very pleasant stay at the Villa Konaki. The house is exactly what's described it's very clean modern and you can tell it's been done up recently. The location is super as you're only 5 minutes walk to the beach - we'd love to come back :)
